Here I present the VhorsTyle's EP called In Endless Void with a variated set of instrumental compositions where the listener can find songs that go from doom to death-black metal. For this album the recording method was different due to I used Reason to edit some songs like Razor Close, where we could find electronic beats and synths in the final mix.
The essence and feeling captured by this album is solidity, firmness, and darkness. The album opens it up with forceful songs, powerful riffs and intense guitars accompanied by extreme percussion, mainly alternating with blast beats and double bass drums, giving it, through proper mixing and mastering, a compact and firm sound without neglecting the details. Closing it with a doom-like song where the main riffs have been transposed down an octave from my default Drop C# tuning, subtly but effectively adding keyboards to the melodies to create a liturgical atmosphere that evokes a series of precepts to Chaos.
This album or EP is also accompanied by a publicly available making-of video for "Razor Close," which shows the entire editing and production process of the song, from the initial riff compositions during rehearsals, through editing, to the final mixes and mastering. The video reveals every detail of the song's creation, showcasing the tools, software, and presets used to achieve the final result.
